hi all
just had a reply from Barclays bank.
I am claiming just over 1800 pounds and i started this in feb and was offered 640 which i refused, due to lack of funds ect i was unable to take them to court in march, so i have just sent them the second letter agaiin giving them 14 days and today i received a reply stating that they will be contacting me soon but no later them four week.
Now do i have to wait another four weeks or can i still go to court next wednesday when the 14 days are up, or would you give them a ring and say make me an offer and take it from there
any help would be appreciated
