I'm pursuing to take court action against the Bank of Scotland. (Edinburgh). My question is this: should I take action through the English such as Moneyclaim website as I have resided in England since 1996, or do I have to approach a Scottish court to reclaiming my penalty charges from the Bank. Late fees on Mortgages
