claiming on troubled account...

hi, i brought this up in the other forum briefly. i am thinking about claiming my charges back of barclays from my business account. i owe £22000 on this through a business loan but am awaiting from barclays on the situation of the account. it is heavily overdrawn and managed to get my business manager to drop some charges they applied as i told him of unfair charges.

my concern is that if i go ahead and do this, with the account being so in debt, is it possible they will ask for the whole lot back? the account has already been frozen so in effect they have sent out a final demand as standard. i just dont wanna screw up any plans for a repayment scheme through the bank by claiming the charges. it would be a few hundred pounds too.

many thanks
mike.

*edit* any ideas?
