I am currently Claiming 1173 + interest and court fees. The bank have offered me £895 which i rung up and declind. They then offered me 1273.00
which i was going to accept. they said the letter would be sent out that day and this was over a week ago
Question is the letter about this has net been recieved and when i chased them up they said it could take up to a couple of weeks (internal procedures and so on). is this just a stalling tactic
Trouble is i can soon pass judgement in the court case for the whole amount (1473.00)
Whats the best cource of action now - pass judgement or chase them up about it again. has anyone encounter any of these problems.

If you can pass judgement then do so and get the interest & court costs back. They've had plenty of time to deliver on their promise and have probably deliberately failed to do so. Its in the hands of the court so I would let that process run its course. You have nothing in writing that they will pay so are quite justified to do so and will be better off doing it officially this way
