Please help me! I messed up at MCOL stage...
Hi,
Please can someone advise me or send me to a similar post as i have spent ages looking and cannot find a similar one.
Basically, i sent all the usual letters to HSBC claiming for two seperate accounts - One account was for £795.62 inc int and the other for around the same amount. I started two seperate claims for each account on the 05/04/07 - They acknowledged it on the 12/04/07.
I received a charge on each of these accounts before claiming through MCOL on 17/03/07 which i went ahead and included in the claim.
However, my problem is, while going through info last night and for some reason checking online banking, i discovered i had mixed up the 17/03/07 charges, basically putting the wrong charge for the wrong account on each!! Arghhhhhhhh
Im dreading that HSBC will now get both claims thrown out as information is incorrect???
I sent a letter to Northampton Courts by recorded delivery this morning basically giving them my charges summary for both accounts and explaining my mistake. Should i have done this?
I am having serious doubts over whether i have handled this problem in the right way and would appreciate some advice? Pleeeease?
