Reading through Martins Tips and it mentions about how a website has managed to argue loan agreements and they are unenforceable?
It's lines of all credit agreements require certain information total repayable erm.. apr etc
One guy had £18,000 just had to repay £2,000! My brother has a 10 k loan and is really struggling as many people when I asked him he only knew how much he had to repay a month! not the rate how much total repayable.
Does anyone know where the credit act is or something similar?
