Moved from address thread
You can also choose to send all your letters (including the DPA letter) to your local branch (or the one you normally bank in). The only time you need a different address is when/if you issue court papers. The claim must be addressed to your banks registered address.

Can you claim the International ATM Charges
I've been pretty fortunate over the last few years and have very few "penalty" charges to claim back. I do, however, have a lot of £1.50 charges for drawing money out via a Switch/Maestro/Cirrus card at a cash machine while working abroad. Does anyone know if this falls into the category of charges I can claim back? Thanks

FOS or Small Claims Court?
Hi, I am helping someone get the bank charges back, she has written and got details of all her charges, sent a letter off to her bank (lloyds) and got the usual first response. Basically, 'our charges are lawful - sod off' but it did state that she could take the matter up with the FOS. Also I read this article....…

Welcome to the Reclaim Bank Charges Board

It's been…

Bank Charges, Is Anyone Likely To Do Anything About Them?
With so many people taking claims out for their charges back, quite rightly, is it likely that one of the governing bodies will do anything about them like with credit card fees? It seems that lots of people have this problem, lots of people are unhappy, just as they were with credit charges yet I can't see anything…
