You can also choose to send all your letters (including the DPA letter) to your local branch (or the one you normally bank in).

The only time you need a different address is when/if you issue court papers. The claim must be addressed to your banks registered address.

    I sent my LloydsTSB letter to request charges info. to this address. I phoned them to check and they've recieved it!

    I am about to register a Small Claim with the Court as my bank have refused to reimburse me the £700.00.

    I have always sent the correspondence to my Branch (Stockport) but the letters back came from a Customer Relations Office in Leeds.

    What address do I notify as the address to pursue the case, my branch or the Customer Relations dept where the declining letters have come from?

    I don't want to get it wrong :confused:

    Any official registered office of the bank will do, but I would use the same address that you've been sending your letters to, i.e. your local branch.

    Sent all mine RECORDED to Trinity Rd. May as well send it to the top.
