Lost co-op points for holiday booking
I realise that co-op made a loss last year and didn't pay out any vouchers. I phoned them about my current membership status and asked for a balance. I thought it was a bit low and that I had booked 2 holidays in 2013. The lady told me that they were not paying out or giving points for any holidays booked in 2013. I just…

Homophobia at the Premier Inn
Hi everyone, I own a lesbian social network with around 100, 000 members. 18 months ago I stayed at the Premier Inn at Heathrow and was annoyed and upset when I was unable to get onto my website because their firewall blocked the keyword Lesbian stating that it was "Harmful to the young public". There is absolutely no…

Weird office irritations
Got into work this morning (having worked from a different office on Friday) to find that someone has taken the power lead from my computer monitor and replaced it with a shorter lead that doesn't *quite* reach the power socket without laying taut over my phone like a tripwire, pulling my desk tidy and paperwork trays away…

Its Best To Buy Dyson
After years of buying vacuum cleaners on offer and rarely having them last more than a year I bought a refurbished Dyson DC39 from Argos Outlet on ebay. Only way I could afford to buy one. Because I now have two dogs, one of which sheds a lot and they both track in mud etc.., and having back problems that make cleaning…

PayPal Autobilling and Living Social
Not sure where to post this. I'm having a dispute with Living Social over the way they operate with PayPal. I have just come back from a week in La Rochelle, travelling there from Stansted by Ryanair. I was a bit apprehensive, normally flying BA Business Class where I can. Anyway, my flight with Ryanair was faultless and, because I had booked well in advance, very reasonable. I did not check in any luggage so no extra charges…
