Lost co-op points for holiday booking

Options
I realise that co-op made a loss last year and didn't pay out any vouchers. I phoned them about my current membership status and asked for a balance. I thought it was a bit low and that I had booked 2 holidays in 2013. The lady told me that they were not paying out or giving points for any holidays booked in 2013.
I just feel a bit cheated as any other store card pays out what they promise. Not sure it's worth using the card if never going to get any vouchers for it. They get free market research and the members get nothing:(

I didn't sign up for the vouchers, I signed up for the 10% they were offering off shopping for a period this year. A totally worthy compromise for me!

Most companies will only pay a dividend when they're in profit.

I don't mind waiting for the vouchers as they didn't make a profit. But feel a bit sad when the points are just "lost".

I meant that the profit share weren't the incentive for me to sign up.

At the time they were doing 10% voucher back every time you shopped, which I took advantage of for the time it was on. They don't do it anymore though.
