Just a bit if praise for a change .Wife returned a faulty bag to the above store.
Alas we couldn't find the receipt so wasn't expecting too much.
Anyway the very polite young lady said "no problem I will exchange it for you".
She even issued a new sales receipt for us to keep safe this time.
