We just had to say "Thanks" to the following companies for making our London theatre visit such an enjoyable experience !
Two of us , one in wheelchair , both Old `Un`s
Train travel by Northern Rail/Hull Trains/East Coast Trains all with passenger assistance , met at all stops for boarding and alighting with ramps for the w/chair and escorted to the different train platforms to catch our trains , smooth and seamless at all points Well Done to all !
Ibis hotel at Euston , quick and easy check in with lots of smiles and offers of help if needed ! excellent service !
Prince Edwards Theatre, Old Compton Street , from Front of House to wheelchair assistance to seats , again excellent service from all the staff both before, during, and after the show
And last , but not least , the Black Cab drivers who showed us only courtesy and helpfulness at all times ! plenty of banter and good humour with the w/chair being handled with great care at all times ! Thanks Guys
So all in all a great trip where so many things could have gone wrong but where nothing did !
