Poor service from Radio Taxis
Shockingly poor service from Radio Taxis (London) yesterday. I pre-booked 3 taxis days before and they said a cash booking was fine even though I was happy to do a credit card booking. It wasn't fine. They didn't pre-book them - just called for free taxis a few minutes before I needed them. I've never needed to book a taxi…

Ofcom or trading standards?
I'm having an issue with KGBDeals refusing to acknowledge my request for a refund, even though we have been corresponding to each other prior to the request. Do I report their poor customer services to ofcom, since they're primarily an internet based company, or trading standards? Thanks.

Supermarket putting goods that have been on floor in chill cabinets
Does anyone know whether food safety regs allow for items which have been on the floor can be placed back on sale. Items I have seen have been packaged cheese, milk, cold chill meals, bread etc. My concern is that the supermarket floor is dirty - any contamination is then transferred to my fridge, work tops cutting boards…

Advice needed: Damage to my car by Asda staff
My local Asda has a "drive through" petrol station where you fill up at the pump and then drive forwards to one of two pay stations. I was filling up this afternoon, however one of the pay stations (the nearest one) was shut. This meant, when I finished fueling I had to pull sharply to the left to reach the only open pay…

Anyone having trouble with play.com?
I haven't used play.com in a couple of months. I went to buy a couple of DVD box sets for my mum, I went to pay and changed the delivery address so it went to my mum (we live at the same address so I just changed the name). Then the payment screen came and it said they are now using verified by visa. I don't recall using…
