tesco com website

Is it just me or does anyone else find this website to be the most useless website ever?

I am trying to exchange vouchers and cannot move beyond an error.
Called their helpline and they said ' close your computer down clear your browsing history and start again'. Basically helpdesk advice when they have no clue what the problem is.

TESCO- get your finger out and get your website sorted. It really is the worst shopping website ever.

So there's absolutely no possibility that the problem lies in your computer?
  • People seem to forget that there are millions of PC's out there with differing versions of browers, versions of windows, updates installed for windows and hardware.

I think clearing the cache on your brower to see if that fixes the issue is not much to ask.

  • well if it is a computer fault it lies with my desktop (one browser), my mac(another browser and different virus protection) AND my work laptop.

Guess they could all be at fault.

    Tesco direct never has problems!

Just what is the problem....? Maybe someone else can then check.

But I agree, sometimes clearing everything works wonders.

I just had some problems with it on internet explorer so used firefox and it was fine.
Debt free since July 2013! Woo hoo! The bank actually laughed when I said I have come in to cancel my overdraft.
