Blue Amigo and KGB deals

Options
I ordered a canvass 3 months ago. I was told it would take up to 3 weeks for the order to be processed which I was fine with. I paid for the voucher via KGB deals and paid for the delivery to Blue Amigo., both through PayPal.
I am literally being ran round in circles by KGB and Blue Amigo. The first five email from KGB were saying I had not redeemed it 'properly'. Then it changed to Blue Amigo have issued me a new voucher,
Ive had 3 emails from Blue Amigo. All have said the same thing:
Hi There

Have you tried here: https://www.blueamigo.co.uk/kgbdeals

To process the voucher. If not, email it back to here with the image

This is supposed to be a code for a new voucher according to KGB deals. I told this to KGB deals. I got a response this morning telling me that Blue Amigo have issued me a new code and want me to send the image again.
I know i sent the image and redeemed the code right as I received a confirmation email straight away. But they are quick to point the finger at me. I know I am not the only one who is having issues

The thing that KGB have really annoyed me with is that they have put up the deal again. If i was a isolated incident then fine, but there is so many people complaining about the same thing there is something seriously wrong with the company.
I have sent a official letter via recorded delivery as advised by CAB. If they dont respond by Thursday Trading Standards will take on my case.
Its just disgusting how much these copanys can get away with. Please please please AVOID KGB deals and Blue Amigo.

This is a update. My bank (halifax) is doing a Visa Charge-Back and I am getting my money back :).
Its just a shame that I had to go through so much hassle when i know I'm in the right. I am still going to pursue them through trading standards as so many people have been ripped off by them nd its totally wrong.

  • Hi there,

Looks like I'm not the only one who's been going through the same issues with the so-called company Blue Amigo. Still haven't received my 'a2 canvas'. The best thing is, is that Mighty Deals which is part of money expert have been just as bad, telling me that an 'Adrian" from Blue Amigo is going to contact me. Well Adrian never did...... Contacted my bank today thank goodness and got my money back for both. I contacted Blue Amigo 9 times through email and the lovely message of 'you'll be contacted within 5 working days' appeared everytime but never heard a thing. Their phone was constantly engaged. Mighty Deals did reply but strated giving up on me too in the last week. NEVER USE THEM!
  • I'm having the exact same problem with both companies!
