Hugo Boss Excellent Customer Services
Hubby has taken a passion to Hugo Boss golf wear. We purchased two Paddy Pro polo shirts at £55 each  Now we NEVER normally spend that amount on a top so after hubby wearing it for the first time I put it in the wash on 30 degrees with one other golf item. Pulled it out of the washing machine and felt sick to the pit…

Vent - Royal Mail Thievery
Royal Mail do not take theft in their system seriously. In July a cheque was stolen from inside a birthday card sent to this address. I spoke several times with Delivery Office Manager etc and he was very good and helpful. However it has come to light that several items of an interesting nature have been sent to me…

Sewing Machines Direct praise
I have just had fantastic service from this company. I bought a cheap sewing machine from them in January as a complete beginner. Several months later I attempted to do a button hole and I broke the foot. I called them and they posted me another foot. After my frustration it took a while before I tried again but when I did…

Orange Accessories sent the wrong item
I probably should have known that things would not go smoothly after the mess with their hard drives promotion a few months back. However I got an email about another 8 for 8 promotion and the HP Laptop Bag reduced to £8 looked good so I thought I would try it and placed an order. Received it today and thought hmm this…

Well done NPower!
I finally got around to comparing gas and electricity suppliers and found out that I was massively overpaying by being on NPower's standard tariffs. As it happened, the cheapest available in my area was a different NPower tariff. After a very fast and efficient telephone call, the very nice gentleman switched me over to…

Dynorod rip-off charges!
After unusually heavy rains this afternoon, we have blocked drains resulting in our cellars flooding by around 4 inches of water. Call Dynorod. 15 minutes to get through, quoted £175.08, plus VAT, per hour. Feel this is an extortionate amount, am unblocking my own drain and getting rid of water myself.

Vent- DOVES FLAPJACK BARS
Had a problem with several packets of these bars. Three emails and three phone calls later after originally contacting Doves nearly 4 weeks ago, and a promised a resolution to our complaint today I was fobbed off again by a "we'll look into it" answer. The fact that they promised a resolution seems to have escaped them.…

Newvista live
I know many of you use this survey site, so just just wondered if anyone knows if they are a member of any professional or accredited body? I was due a cheque from them back in April and so far have not recieved anything and they do not seem to want to respond to my (numerous) emails, and so I was hoping to complain to…

Filthy & Disgusting Hotel
We stayed in a hotel on 1st May 2010 about half a mile from a function we were attending as we were unable to get a room at the location of the function. Now the cost was £75 for a night at a hotel, which as we found out had seen better days. We arrived late afternoon in a bit of a rush, so when we arrived we dumped our…

I Don't Wanna Talk to Talk Talk
I have to block phone calls from Talk Talk because I am fedup with their sales patter, which is usually 90-100% inaccurate. I am, supposedly, on their DO NOT CALL list, but they keep calling. My Truecall unit should block them but they seem to find a way around my block with nefarious phone numbers, such as 0448009886009…

Kuhn Rikon knives
wasn't too sure where to post this but I wanted to rave about these. I bought a paring knife about 2 months ago, for £3.99 off Amazon and it's fab. Brightly coloured so I don't slice my finger when I drop it in the washing up bowl, and possibly the sharpest one I have ever used. I'll be buying a couple more soon, as I've…

Fell off the Train
Just thought I'd share something. Last night, I fell off the train on my way home, I lost my footing and fell. I really hurt my ankle and had to go to hospital, turns out I tore a tendon and its AGONY! My foot is like a big black football! Anyway, the thing that made me sad was that when I fell and I was obviously hurt, no…
