Hubby has taken a passion to Hugo Boss golf wear. We purchased two Paddy Pro polo shirts at £55 each :eek:
Now we NEVER normally spend that amount on a top so after hubby wearing it for the first time I put it in the wash on 30 degrees with one other golf item. Pulled it out of the washing machine and felt sick to the pit of my stomach. There was this huge pull along the bottom. In fact, it was practically like a tear about 2 inches long. Talk about sick. Have no idea how it happened and could not believe it. Normally all clothes get bundled in the wash together and never have a problem with any of my George clothing :cool:
Anyway, I was that upset about this polo shirt I emailed Hugo Boss and explained what had happened and how devasted I was. Sent the email on a Saturday and at 9am on the Monday received a reply from Germany asking me to return it and attaching a prepaid label. They said it would be passed to their quality control department. Strange as well as when I was wrapping it up to return I noticed another small pull on the side and one on the back as well.
Received an email from them last week and they have refunded us the full £55. To say I am delighted is an understatement and I sent a very nice email thanking them for their excellent service.
