Ticketline - no tickets arrived

Absoultely furious...

Waiting for V festival tickets from ticketline. Phoned them and they gave me tracking code and it says delivered (but no signature). I aint got them though.

Checked with PO - they dont know whats happened.

Phoned ticketline back and they said tough luck it says delivered. I argued that they couldnt prove it cos I didnt sign for it but they're refusing to do anything about it.

Can they do this?

Ticketline are dreadful; an event was CANCELLED and they still refused to refund me. I even managed to get the artist himself to contact them and they stood firm.

Yeh. Spoke to them and they're attitude was basically tough luck it says delivered. Nice attitude.

Why they dont send them signed for I dont know ????

May not make much difference; off the subject but I won a Nintendo Wii and it was sent via Parcel Farce, who decided they couldn't be arsed to deliver to my house, but to any randomer instead, and the signature wasn't mine; I got a copy of the form, but was told too bad, it was signed for, we don't care who by.

Heres the best bit.

Royal mail cant investigate cos they say ticketline need to speak to them because they're the account holder. Ticketline say it says delivered - not our problem, speak to royal mail.

what service did they use if you have a tracking number?
what are the first 2 letters of the tracking number?

Apparently, this is a non-signature secure delivery??? Spoke to Royal Mail customer services - they told me this.

We have a record of item FD205839494GB as being delivered from Newport West DO on 2010-07-24
