having my food shopping delivered like I have for the past year my shopping bill came to £110, but when I was invoiced (and checked my bank account) I was charged £160. after 3 phone calls and 4 emails they are now refunding the difference!!, but with no offer what so ever of any compersation, and no phone call explaining how this happened. very very annoyed really dont know if I will be using ASDA again

Steer clear of them. I've yet to have an issue resolved about an order deliverd on 10/7 - they're obviously USELESS and recruit staff that Tesco and Sainsbury's wouldn't allow past the initial screening process.
