Had a problem with several packets of these bars.

Three emails and three phone calls later after originally contacting Doves nearly 4 weeks ago, and a promised a resolution to our complaint today I was fobbed off again by a "we'll look into it" answer.

The fact that they promised a resolution seems to have escaped them.

I'll never buy again.

There attitude is hopeless.

The effort of repacking and return of the goods ( by their request) , with a trip to the post office would seem totally wasted.

Also the fact that the opportunity they get to tackle any problems in their own business which this issue has thrown up seems also lost on them.

I'm intrigued to know what 'the problem with several packets' was. Perhaps they kept exploding.

Its simples FS, the problem is lousy customer service and an unwillingness to treat the customer fairly, didn't you read the post?

As for absolution, that would be for the makers of Doves Flapjack Bars.

...and strangely enough this was posted so as to warn others, not that that would have crossed your mind

..or maybe it did but not so you'd notice eh :rotfl:

The problem is, we don't know what the problem is.....
I can see that you have an issue, and CS are not up to scratch, but how can you warn others about the problem....when we still don't know what is wrong with the product?

I would be interested to know just what the issue is, and then I will know whether it should affect my decision making process. It is good to warn others, as long as we know what you are warning us about:o
