    I think the OP has decided to err on the side of caution given the way lots of vents get "shot down" on this board.

    Perhaps the flapjack slightly stuck to the wrapper when the OP opened the packet to eat some? Alternatively, there could be a genuine reason to vent about them.

    Unless the OP divulges more info we shall be left to decide for ourselves!

    By jove I think I've got it - we are all so intrigued with the problem, and so desperate to know what it is, that we are all going to go out and buy Doves Flapjack Bars this weekend. The OP is really working FOR them:j

    I must admit that thought crossed my mind too!

    When a new OP comes on praising a product a lot of people (myself included) automatically suspect foul play - but how about when a new OP comes on with a somewhat vague vent?

    Could be part of a sneaky marketing ploy to raise brand awareness! ;)
