Sewing Machines Direct praise

I have just had fantastic service from this company. I bought a cheap sewing machine from them in January as a complete beginner. Several months later I attempted to do a button hole and I broke the foot. I called them and they posted me another foot.
After my frustration it took a while before I tried again but when I did I still couldn't get it to work. I called them up and spoke to Russell. After going through it with me he suggested the machine be returned. I got off the phone at 11.40 and the machine was collected by 2.30.
The following day I got a call to confirm the machine was broken but as they didn't have the part in they would send me a new one or I could upgrade for the additional cost. I chose an upgrade. After choosing the machine it arrived next day. I then had to phone to query wether my bobbins etc would fit the new machine and Russell couldn't have been more helpful.
Having been on this forum to tell of the awul experience from another online firm I felt it was important to tell of a firm that can give great prices and great customer service. :T
