C/C companies not taking payments over the phone!!!
Just a quick rant, Why oh why can I not phone a credit card company and pay my balance of in full. Barclaycard say I can only make a £100 payment, Natwest say they don't take payments over the phone!! All I want to do is pay the balance off in full and close the account.
