Ordered some speakers via their web-site. They charged my debit card, even tho' the items were out of stock. I rang to cancel and the guy confirmed order cancelled and he'd credited back on my card. No credit has arrived, 3 weeks later. They later sent me an e_mail saying the order had been despatched - its never arrived. Further complaints resulted in them e_mailing me a returns form even tho I'd never received the goods! I'm still waiting for my refund 3 weeks after they said they'd done it. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!

Sorry to hear this. I remember looking at their site a while back when I was thinking of buying a PA system.

I buy all my musical equipment from Germany (thomann.de) and have never had a problem. They are generally very prompt and much cheaper than places in the UK. I am in no way affiliated with them btw!

Hope they buck their ideas up and sort out your money.

I have ordered from Dolphin in the past and not had any trouble with them, so I hope this is just a one off (although that doesn't help you much!). I get the impression that they prefer to have staff who are quite knowledgeable about the equipment they sell, so this might explain why they aren't so good at CS in this instance. I hope you manage to get this resolved soon!
