They were absolutely fantastic, i bought a muller rice and it tasted rather funny (as if the milk used had gone sour), so i took it back to asda, asked the customer service people what they can do about it, she got muller on the phone, i explained everything, and today i got £5 of vouchers for them, when all i bought was a 49p pot of muller rice. Result! great service from them.

I had some crunch healthy corners in a 6-pack, and lots of the crunch bit seemed to be missing, so emailed muller via their web page, and heard nothing back!
