Parking Ticket Dispute - is this a criminal offence [Merged]
I have been threatened with criminal prosecution by Saba UK for a breach of Railway bye-law. Parking at Station car park where I inserted a wrong registration number. Can someone tell me please if this is actually a criminal offence which I have to disclose to my employer. No summonses have been sent as yet.
