Hi,
I can't find the answer by searching, so apologies if it's been posted before.
I received a ticket on my car today for return within 1 hour. It only shows the one time on it though, and doesn't give the time it was seen originally.
Should that be on it?
I'm a bit suspect of it as well, since it wasn't parked in an area where there is a no return within an hour restriction as far as I'm aware.
I did park in what someone seems to have designated as 'their' space and received a hand written not on the car recently, and I'm wondering if it was them putting this on the car to scare me or something.
Thank you for any advice or information you can give.

Is this a council ticket or a private parking company?
If private, what is the name of the parking company?0 -
If it is a Council one you can look up all the photos online to see the timings.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hi, it's a council ticket. Would I look on the council's website for the 'photos? The ticket itself says 12.49pm to 12.49pm.
Edit, checked the council website and there's no mention of seeing photographs. Do I have to request them?
Thank you0 -
As we major on private parking tickets here, PePiPoo will be your best bet for council tickets. Register there (but please note that a hotmail address won't work - try using a throwaway gmail account instead if you do have trouble registering) and post a new thread; here's your link:
http://forums.pepipoo.com/index.php?act=SF&s=&f=30
Have a read through some of the other threads there before you post your own to get the hang of what information they need from you in your opening post - but as a minimum you will need to post redacted photos/scans of all correspondence you've received from the council (both sides, if appropriate) as they need to see all the small print.
PePiPoo has an excellent success record in dealing with council tickets. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

The PCN tells you all this already (on the back); you can view the photos when you log in, not just by looking at the general blurb on the website.checked the council website and there's no mention of seeing photographs.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
