Name of 'Claimant' on the Directions Questionnaire is different to the name stated on claims form?

I'm currently defending a parking fine of a few hundred pounds from SIP Parking. I have submitted my defense and hopefully i'm nearing the end of the process.

The original claim form (N1SDT) which i received stated 'Haseeb Anwar' to be the claimant for this case. I've filled my defense and now on to the next step... When i received the Directions Questionnaire Form (N180), i noticed the name of the 'claimant' on this document is stated as SIP Parking Ltd. Technically speaking, this is not the name under which the claim was made.

Have they made a fatal error? Or would this just be a seen as a minor infringement by the courts?

Thanks in advance

    Most strange. Are you sure?

Is this a copy of the Claimant's DQ, or is it one sent you by the CCBC?

Check that you are not mixing up Claimant and Defendant.

The DQ comes from the court, so sounds like a typo by the CCBC. I'd download a blank N180 and fill that in.

Make sure you read CEC16's thread so you use th CRA 2015 as well as the Beavis case and the POFA in your evidence later on, and come back her to this thread then for advice on your WS.
