Wrong Reg Number

Could do with some advise on a ticket I received.

Parked up on some hatchings on an industrial estate last week not realising it was patrolled by UKPC and got a ticket.

Just come to pay online and their online system didn't recognise the reference/reg number.
Turns out on the ticket the issuer has made a mistake with my reg number and mistaken an M for an N on the ticket.

I can log in with the reference number and wrong reg number on the ticket and see quite clearly pictures of my car with obviously the correct (different) reg number to the ticket.

Where do I stand with this ticket now, do I have to pay it?

The reg number on the printed ticket doesn't relate to the imagines stored online, but can they insist I pay it or reissue another ticket from the images?

The reg number on the ticket relates to a Merc CLS and not my Vitara.
