PCN issued by CCTV for parking (well, stopping and unloading) on a taxi rank
Hi, #*^& Ealing Council. I got a PCN issued by CCTV for '45J Parked on a Taxi Rank'. I stopped for a minute to help my passenger unload a bag from the boot then drove off. How can they justify that as parking? So again I've done a bit of searching and come up short. How do you define parked? I didn't leave the vehicle but…

Parking fine - to pay or not to pay
About a month ago, I got a parking ticket and - in fury - put it in my bag and forgot about it... until today when I thought I'd better pay it.
