4 Year old parking ticket(Demand/Court action)

Hi everyone
Heres the story so far

2 weeks ago i recieved a demand from Aberdeenshire council for a parking ticket from 4 years ago.Its is the registration of a vehicle i used to own at the time of the alledged offence
My question is ,after 4 years is it even valid
I dont remember ever recieving any tickets on my vehicle ,generally if im in the wrong i pay them.
I have since recieved a 7 day notice to pay or court action will be started

Thanks for any help in advance

Hello jaijai, welcome to MSE :)

Could you scan and upload the paperwork for one of the experts to see and advise?

Host the images on tinypic (its free) there will be a url, post that on here and put a space after the http:// and before the writing.
