Whats the best baking dish - Pyrex or ceramic?
Hi guys, I need to buy a baking dish/s for cottage pie, lasagne etc... I had a Jopseh Joseph metal one, but all the non-stick is flaking off. Would you say the glass Pyrex ones are better or ceramic?
