URGENT xmas dinner help!

Will my pork be OK to eat?
Hi I cooked a joint of pork for last nights dinner and put the remainder in the microwave to cool down. I have forgotten to put it in the fridge and it has been in the microwave, in the kitchen over night. The plate was quite cool this morning.... will it be ok to eat? Hot or cold? TIA Dx

Chicken cooking help please - scales are too small!!!

Just came across some dishes I received last xmas, shallow earthenware dishes with glazing (bit like you get in a tapas resturant).
