Stollen help please!

I think I've just messed up MIL's Xmas pressie...
I'm making her stollen from delia's new Xmas book, and thought it was going well. OH's just phoned me to tell me that he's going to Mr T's to get some more milk as ours is off, but I've already put milk into the dough mix. It smells ok to me (but I don't really drink milk in the winter), and apparently it only curdled when he heated it, but I'm worried about poisoning the inlaws!
Should I start again?
Thanks

It should be fine as the stollen will be baked. Slightly off milk is actually encouraged in scone making as the soured milk helps them rise0
