Pear apple and onion preserves

Options
has anyone got any fab recipes for preserves, i have just done a whoopsie shop and could make some.

I particularly like the sweet preserves, like sweet curry preserve, and caramelised onion chutney,so any recipes or directions to other links that already exist would be great.

(strange to be posting things that require more work on xmas eve, but filling time a bit as my dd with her dad for the first time at christmas and don't get her back til 4 pm tomorrow, and lunch being cooked by relatives tomorrow, so am quite happy to chop and concoct while kirsty and jamie and victorian farm chatter away at me).

i'll start some internet research and put on a few posts as i find them. doing it through this thread makes it more companionable, plus people on here have loads of helpful tips and won't find those on a search engine.
