Hi I cooked a joint of pork for last nights dinner and put the remainder in the microwave to cool down. I have forgotten to put it in the fridge and it has been in the microwave, in the kitchen over night. The plate was quite cool this morning.... will it be ok to eat?
Hot or cold?
TIA

It has been in in the equilavent of an enclosed cabinet. It will be fine.'You can't change the past, you can only change the future' Gary Boulet.

Agree with all the above. I would eat it.0

Yeah, I'd eat it. I quite often leave the remains of a big roast to cool down in the micro as it's the only place the cats can't get into, and of course I can't put a hot joint in the fridge.Val.0

Id eat it as long as your kitchen easn't heated over night. They used to store meat like that before fridges were invented.0

Thanks. I've put it in the fridge and might make DH a sandwich with it just to make sure :shhh:
