Tongue questions....
Two quick tongue questions if I may.... 1. Can I cook an unbrined tongue? The butcher said they should be brined...will there be much difference? 2. The recipe calls for an unsalted tongue....does this mean its not brined? :confused: Cheers

Alternatives to sugar filled yoghurt?
I was pretty shocked to see that one of my low fat, fruit yoghurts (£1 for six) contained a quarter of my recommended daily amount of sugar. Does anyone know of any healthier alternatives?
