I thought i was buying couscous but i bought accidentally couscous stuffing instead from here

Any exciting tips on how to use most of the stuffing up.I bought loads of the stuff.

What about stuffing peppers or tomatoes and putting a little mozarella on top ?
Or how about stuffing a pork loin with it ?
