I'm hoping to try making my own wine this summer :beer:
I have read that you can use one of the 5l plastic bottles that you buy water in from the supermarket for this, and use a balloon over the top for releasing the gas.
I'm looking for the actual method for making the wine - I know you can use almost any fruit or veg for making the wine, but what else do I need to get to start off?
