stuff to do with frozen fruit...?
hi all :wave: thought this was the best place to ask! i have a couple of bags of frozen fruit in the freezer - mixed berry bags from farmfoods and couple of tesco smoothie bags (some mixed berry, some tropical). does anyone have any tips on what i can use them for? quick cake help please!
i wanted to bake a cake for this afternoon, pref. something into a loaf tin so it can be sliced easier. was thinking of a basic sponge, but adding things - could i add coffee? i have no icing sugar at the mo, so that stops a lot of things.. any ideas for easy cakes i could do? thanks jodie

Mince that doesn't clump!
Title says it all! I have 1kg of mince that I want to batch cook into tomato based mince for spag bol etc... Everytime I make mince it clumps together? Any ideas on how to make it so it doesn't do that? Ideas greatly appreciated. OH won't eat it if it's clumpy!

baked bean pate
A few years ago I used to make a veggie pate from a recipe cut out from a magazine. I know it had baked beans (mashed) in it and onion. No idea what else. How do i stop my muffins sticking to the paper case??

can you use a breeadmaker on top to a freezer if only mixing?
the title says it all :rolleyes: i'm running out of usable countertop and if i want to use my slow cooker today (which i do) i need to position the breadmaker on top of the freezer, but as it's only for mixing do you think it'll be ok? as it won't be getting bake-hot. tia :T

Can someone explain the difference between baking paper, wax paper, baking parchment, greaseproof paper, etc etc etc? It seems every recipe I pick up asks for a different type and i am baffled.
