I have been given a pressure cooker !!

I am not the bext in the kitchen, so could someone please give me some ideas on how i could use a pressure cooker :confused: .

    Hi, Have you used a pressure cooker before and also do you have the instruction book or have you just been given the pressure cooker?
    I use my pressure cooker for either making stews or cooking beetroot or just blanching any veg that i want to freeze. I have used it for cooking steamed puddings in, i don't use mine so much these days, though saying that if i didn't have one, i would probably find more usage for it.
