Ford Mondeo Oil Light
Hi. My oil light keeps on flicking on from time to time. I've checked the oil, and it was low, so I stuck a litre of oil in. It's done absolutely nothing to the level on the dipstick, and it's still very dry. The oil light is still flicking on occasionally too! What could it be? Surely a litre of oil would make a…

Selling used car to dealer - tactics to get best price?

Change of job means I can no longer justify the £600+ per year it costs to run a car, have concluded I might as well hire when I need to and/or rely on public transport, so I'm looking to sell. Won't give too many details of the car but it's a little hatchback with an 02 plate and about…

I've just had a quote for some work on my Rover 25 and I was wondering if anyone had any idea if the prices seem reasonable. I definitely want the cambelt doing, as it's been 85,000 miles already, but they have also told me that the Power steering and alternator belts and tensioners are both worn and 'noisy'. They've…

Selling Car
I'm looking to sell my car because I need to downsize as my current car is costing me too much. I currently drive a Renault Laguna, 1.9 diesel, I'm 23 and pay £60 a month and it costs around £100 a month (sometimes more) for fuel. I'm hoping to get more than £1000 for it so that money can go towards a smaller, run around…
