Would the council be liable?
Yesterday, I locked up my bicycle at the local swimming pool bike rack. I went for a swim and when I came back out, my bike had been stolen :( . It was a expensive bike, so I was wondering if the council would be liable for any costs, as there was no signs saying I was parking at my own risk or anything.
