Google Maps for Entertainment
Google seems to have a sense of humour. If you ask it to give you directions from a UK address to somewhere in the US it will gladly do so. I've tried it from a few places and it takes a rather bizarre route via Dover, Boulogne and le Havre from where it suggests swimming 3462 miles to Massachusetts and then gives road…

More FREE long Test Drives
Kia, Peugeot, Chevrolet etc are all offering test drives of up to 3 days in length again as "March Madness" comes to an end. Check the T&c's carefully - some are specific about fuel levels but it's cheaper than needing to hire one!:rotfl:

Recently had my car MOT'd and re-tested , £45 for the MOT and £20 re-test fee ( no council MOT depots around ) anyway I paid cash for both tests and was given a receipt for the £45 but not for the £20. Snapped off car aerial
Hi, no, haven't been to Safari Park/Monkey Jungle yet, just the automated car wash! The washer roller was fine, not even a twang, but the dryer bar moving from back to front snapped the roof aerial off quite cleanly, flush with the rim of the socket thing it screws into. Got a replacement aerial today - problem is I can't…

I'm going as far as the M25 via the…

Cheapest way to Gatwick from Harrow by Public Transport
Any suggestions for 2 people going out on a Saturday morning and coming back the next Sunday morning? I know the most expensive way is to get the train into London and get the Gatwick Express. My wife has a zone 1-5 annual gold travelcard - not sure if that can be used to make any further saving. Thanks in advance
