Change of tactics by mobile companies?
I rang in to cancel my EE contract with 30 days remaining on the contract and was expecting to be offered all sorts of deals to stay (not an issue as I was never going to remain) but I was not offered any retention incentives, just provided the expiry date and a PAC number . +441305****** or 01305 ******?
I have entered phone numbers in my address book as per regional, as in 01305 ******. But some of my friends/family's numbers come through like +441305 with the zero dropped. When that happens, I receive the text but there is no name to identify the sender. Is there an easy way round this please?

Retention comparable prices for new sign ups ?
Hi Is it worth ever asking for a deal as a new customer ? Most companies seem to be able to offer great deals to retain customers, can they offer similar deals to new customers to tempt them to switch ? Would be nice to know if this is even possible before I try it thanks !

3 Mobile - Texts are delayed by hours.
Recently i've started to notice that texts between me and certain people have been really delayed, from 10 minutes to 5 hours at a time. I own an iPhone 6s Plus, but iMessages between me and other people seem fine as its through an internet connection rather than SMS. I've checked my area's 3 coverage for 3G and 4G and its…
