Vodafone - what now??
Hi All
Vodafone - So many errors, mistakes and horrific customer service over the last two months - I was a very loyal customer of 15 years (I will be leaving after they sort this mess out)!!
I sent a formal letter of complaint to Vodafone (the address is on the website) with times/dates and hours upon hours of ringing.
The letter was sent on the 8th February I made sure that the letter was tracked and signed. The letter was signed for on the 9th February, I have proof from Royal Mail. We are now 2nd March my calculation is over 5 working days and NO updates.
Vodafone Statement:We’ll do everything we can to get it all resolved within 5 working days. If it takes longer, we’ll
give you updates at least once a week.
I have been in contact with Lee (social media comms) eforum.web and he ensured me that the complaints department will get back to me last email was on the 28 February. I have rung and rung and still no answers, no update.
What would you suggest I do now??
Thank you in advance

After 8 weeks complain to the ombudsman.
When the minimum term ends stop being a loyal customer and vote with your feet. Loyalty counts for nothing nowadays.0 -
I wrote to the CEO's office, recorded delivery. After more than fifty calls, tens of emails, and five visits to my Vodafone store, I finally got a call from the Customer Relations Department! It seems that the problem (with a closed account they were trying to charge me £2,600 for) is finally resolved - although I have my doubts. So it may be worth writing again, but addressing it to the CEO personally. I really have never dealt with a company that so seemed to be run like a cowboy outfit, deliberately ripping off its customers and making it impossible to have any meaningful contact with them - never mind trying to get anything in writing, despite the large sums of money they are dealing with. I am with Three now, and they're great. Leave Vodafone when you can and tell all your friends to avoid them. Good luck.0

Thank you - I will wait 8 weeks (would that be working days?/)
I am shocked with the service, hours and I have been cut off most days.
I am still with Vodafone unfortunately. I asked to go on a 30 day rolling sim because I've had enough, actually they put me on a 12 month contact sim so I'm not sure when I can leave.
The last item to be charged for was more data - really how can that be I have 3GB in my bundle and never have I used 1GB. Lee has sorted that one out as that's an easy one!!0 -
No, it's calendar weeks.0
