****Warning**** DO NOT LEAVE SECURITY DEPOSIT WITH O2 !!!
Let me start of by saying my credit rating isn`t great.. I already know this and I`m working to improve it. I currently have a contract phone with 3, but it renewal time and I thought I`d try o2..
Went through the process on they`re website and was told due to my credit rating I would need to leave a security deposit of £250 due to my credit history, which would be repaid after I paid the first 3 bills on time. I paid this immediately and then received a lot of emails with credit agreements, direct debit agreements and when to expect delivery etc etc etc
Next day I received a further email to say that I had failed the credit check and I wasn`t getting the contract after all.. This is all fair and well, They are entitled to choose they`re customers but surely if additional credit checks are needed I should not of been charged £250 until they where made.
Its approaching 2 weeks now and I still have not received my £250 "security deposit" back. I have used they`re chat service on their own website twice now and rang customer services also and each person I have spoke to says they have now arranged the refund which will go back onto my card in a few days... As I said previously its been a couple of weeks now and I`m not closer to receiving my own money back which o2 have basically stolen from me..
I`m not usually easily riled up but feel o2 should not be getting away with this. If you check they`re own forums its happening to countless others as well.

Why would you capitalise them? They are in the middle of sentences...

!!!!!!..is this really what this board has come down to, arguing about punctuation, spelling and grammar?
It's BS like this, that has driven people away from this site across all the boards.
People come here for advice, not an English language lesson.0
