Changes to VIP Unlimited Virgin contract
In August 2014 I took out a 24 month unlimited VIP contact with Virgin. Costing £48.00 per month. On 1st February I received a letter stating that "we are switching you to our 2GB tariff which means you'll no longer get unlimited data" as it is uneconomical for them to offer this. Within the letter it said if I do not…

Screen replacement
My son bought an lg spirit on Saturday and dropped it and smashed the screen before he even got it home. He has been quoted £50 for a second hand screen replacement or £100 new on a phone that cost him £90. Any ideas where he could get this repaired cheaper? Tia. Excess on home insurance is £100 so not worth claiming.

Stuck in Vodafone >>> Three number porting limbo
Hello all. At the end of a Vodafone contract, I have moved to Three on a new 12 month SIM-only contract. I requested a PAC from Vodafone a week ago, and one week ago today I provided it to Three. They indicated that if received by midday, my number would have switched by the end of the following day. A week later, it still…

Retrieving a cancelled mobile number
Last week my network changed my mobile number by porting a new number onto it in error. They accept it was their error but now say the original number is irretrievable. I have had this number for many years. Is it really 'lost'? Seems amazing that numbers don't go into 'suspense' for a period, just in case of errors like…
