Mobile by Sainsburys - bonus points

Just wondering if anyone who was with sainsburys last year have had their bonus nectar points added to your account. I've have had nothing yet and neither nectar or sainsburys want to hear about it. Both stating its the other party who needs to fix this

    I had to phone them back when no points were issued, went for gift card through post Much Better

    We had to give both Sainsbury's & Nectar a good kicking to get them to sort it out
    Never under estimate the power of stupid people in large numbers

    So you got your points? Guy I was onto today claimed they won't be added to accounts until after the 15th of Feb. Making it up as he went along I'd say

    That will be four weeks after they closed the service down. I was told the same on 04/01/16 when I asked for a gift card refund, so there maybe some truth in it.

    However they also sent me a PAC code despite me informing the operative i did not want one.
