From vodafone contract with vodafone to vodafone contract with mobiles.co.uk
I am currently on a vodafone contact directly with them and it expires at the beginning of next month. The best offer i have gotten from them is unlimited mins, unlimited texts and 2/3G of data for £15.30.
I have seen this same exact deal for the same price (but with multiple redemptions that brings it to down £5.50) on vodafone via mobiles.co.uk.
If take the offer with a third party company, will I be able to still keep my number. If yes, how can I do this?
Thank you.

No. You'd have to port out to a different network, then back to Vodafone. Though you must be an absolute masochist to want to stay with them.0

I have not had any issues with them in the last 12 months - what should i be wary of?
Also how do I port to another network and then back to them?0 -

They can offer it a little cheaper than that if you push them, You can get 3000 minutes unl txt and 3Gb data with life for £10.
Voda Unl minutes = 3000 anyway.
Im going for the Life 1500 minutes, Unl txt and 1GB data for £6 with a 1 month contract so no long tie ins. Voda couldnt come close to that price and when i said its 1 month contract also he gave up trying.
I hate cashback deals. They play on the fact that you forget or the bill gets lost in the post etc.
If the cashback fails your paying £15.50.
Is there a minimum term to port the number away? Move to Life then back to Voda? Only cost you £6 or £10. 1 month contract.Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0 -

Then your username is very apt. I live off cashback deals and look after a lot of other people who've been using them for years (multiple contracts). I make sure they don't "forget" and they wouldn't do anything BUT a cashback deal. Further, none of them would incur such a high cost should they miss out - and the only way they would miss out is if they don't respond to my guidance or the dealer goes bust. Even then they won't lose out entirely.0
